Sequels Villains who shouldn't appear in any Superman sequels

Which villains wouldn't work in a Superman sequel and should never appear in one? I say Toyman and Prankster are not epic enough to appear in Superman film, I doubt the audience will believe that would take the whole film to defeat them (plus people will likely see them as rip offs of the Joker). The only way I can see them working is to use them in the first five minutes of the film, just as a warm up before the main event.

Another villain that I think wouldn't work is Mister Mxyzptlk. Superman making
Mxyzptlk say his name backwards in order to get rid of him is kinda of fun diversion, but I doubt it would be fun to try and base a whole movie around that.
