Now I already made a similar thread in the community forum, but y'all are my boys and I know you're good for answers.

Has anyone toured the DC offices in new york, know if they give tours, have any information about this, or even have a link to info. Any help would be greatly appreciated and whoever helps will win a billion Womp-Dollars.*

Thanks a lot.

*1 Womp-Dollar has the equivalent value of 1/1,000,000,000 of a U.S. dollar.

uh, i know when i was in college (at art school) a bunch of students in the illustration program went to NY and got a pretty extensive tour of the offices and such. but then again, the chair of our department has done work for DC and is good friends with mark chiarello (DC art director)....so im not sure if the tour was a hook up or what.

i couldnt imagine it'd be something they do on a daily basis. firstly, i know they keep most of the offices closed off from the general public. secondly, if they had tours that'd mean they'd need a tour guide on hand at all times....and i find it hard to believe that so many people come in each day asking for a tour that DC would actually hire and pay a tour guide to be on hand at all times.

They could simply have scheduled tours. Like every Thursday at 5 or every third Monday of each month at 2:30 or something.

DC might not get alot of people coming inn for tours .... but MAD probebly does..

I toured Marvel when I was a kid

Those type of tours are probably not even viable. Most creators have their own offices which they work out of anyway.

I'm sure a lot of stuff still happens at the central office, though. That's where the keep the archives of past publications, at the very least.

"And here, we have all these old issues, no touching please"

I work two blocks from DC's offices. No tours are available and the building is very nondescript. Although I had an interview in a neighboring building and was able to see into DC's offices. There's large lightboxed posters of All-Star Superman #1 and Batman: Knightquest. Plus I saw a bunch of Superman Returns, JLA and BTAS products all over the place. One of the cubes had crazy amounts of action figures on it.
