Also I think Benes style really hits home because it seems to be a blend of nineties and more classical styles.

Don't like her. Never did.
It just bugs me when they bring on female versions of characters, just because. In this case, of course, the male version being Animal Man.

vixen is not a female version of animal man, she is her own superheroine and may have similar powers to animal man but that doesn't mean she is a "female version"

I love this one !! I find her beautiful. I'm in love with a with this kind of pic. Totally un-wear-able, but I love it! It reminds me of an old story with Superman ; they are going to Africa together because Vixen drove a truck full of fur coat into the metropolis river. There, they wait for the gang leader to make his stock again.
In french, Vixen first traduction was "lady Renard" (="lady fox") ; because of this hideous translation I had to wait years before understanding Vixen and "lady Renard" was indeed the same character.

Rao is the name of the main God on Krypton. How don't you know him ? In the 70es and the 80es, Superman is always saying "Rao here, Rao there".
