You should audition for some of the new roles in the sequel script. I'm not sure if anyone has been cast in these roles yet, but here are the major roles in the sequel that didn't appear in the first film:

Quentin Beck/Mysterio

there are also an assortment of police officers, doctors, and other minor characters.

If that's not taken THAT ROLE'S MINE! if i have time

im tempted to try, but im not sure I can pull it off.

Good luck, dude

Did you know Bill Murray did the voice of Johnny Storm on the :ff: radio show? He was heaps cool

Hey folks-

It's really exciting for me to see so many interested in auditioning for the sequel. Although I can't allow myself to get sidetracked since I'm still working on the first film, feel free to send auditions for roles you feel are appropriate.
The exceptions would be Peter/Spidey and Norman Osborn as well as several others from the first film, which are already cast.

As a helpful hint, try not to "do voices". Speak in your natural voice, ubt act the lines out. I'll then tell you what needs more emphasis. Another thing for anyone reading Ock- Ock is American, so, no German or Austrian accents.

Thanks.

LOL sorry about that dragon! How was the kid voice though? I will get back on the octavious adult. but how was the kid?

I'm 15...so I don't really think I could do normal voice well...plus I'm from Australia. I could do my normal voice for Mysterio, and warp it later on?

It's great to see that this project is still drawing attention to itself. Can't wait to see some footage from it!!!

i'm anxious to see this..if i have time..i'll try out for one of the parts in the sequel!

Wow totally cool Dragon! You have assembled a good cast of voice actors also!

I'm going to have to agree with you there on the casting kudos, it is a pretty dazzling ensemble of talents. :spidey: ;)

Yea, Dragon must be busy, I wish there was a solid release date, I'd love to see this.

It's not much, considering I'm not Dragon, but I suppose there's no harm in sharing some news about an impending trailer for the film (be it a teaser or otherwise).

Over a week ago Dragon sent me some lines to be recorded for a trailer of some sort, seemingly a teaser from the nature of the lines. There were seven lines, I won't divulge the exact dialogue just in case Dragon wants to keep it quiet until he shows off a first official glimpse of the film, but it's a nice bit of standard Peter Parker dialogue talking about how he is different from most people for obvious reasons.

On more of a performance note, it was a nice little stint to perform because I got to sort of go back and voice the younger Peter Parker, whose voice is different from the older Parker I voiced for the sequel recently. It was interesting to try and replicate the younger voice of the character (due to the fact that my voice has become deeper and more defined in the year between recordings for the two films). Just a cool bit of info that I hope will give a little anticipation to the upcoming first look at the flick.

I'm sure that Dragon will chime in and give us some more concrete (and less boring) news!

UPDATE: In anticipation for the new trailer, I thought that I might start getting the word out on this project beyond the confines of the SHH forums.

It's nothing we from the hype haven't seen, but YouTube seems to be a hotspot for people to check out clips and build anticipation for projects. I'm sure once the trailer is released by Dragon it'll be put up there too!

Wow that is an impressive project! I can't wait to see the trailer!

Not sure yet, waiting on Dragon to give us some sort of timeframe for the release.

Just sorta posting a bump to see how things are going. This thread isnt getting enough attention, and I dont want the interest in this film to feint. :)

Here's a few new shots; and since now i can upload video to Photobucket, I'll be posting some clips :)
