Wasn't Frank Miller working on a new Batman graphic novel where he takes on Al Queda? I remember reading about this in a video game magazine.

Yeah, he is. There's...really nothing more known about it than that. I don't even he's hinted at a release date yet.

it's called something like "Holy Terror Batman!" or something like that, there were a couple of pictures he'd drawn for it on here awhile back, haven't heard anything since.

Rumor from a while back: it's going to done with fingerpaints.
I seriously heard that.

He showed some of the art on some Canadian TV show a few months back. Didn't look like fingerpaints...

Very much in the style of Sin City, black and white.

There's no set release date but it's not anticipated to be out until after 2007.

Yes! I saw those types of pics in the magazine...I'm very interested in this one...

I think Frank Miller should worry about getting All Star Batman out on time than releasing something new.

ASB isnt millers fault, it's Lee doing 900 damn other projects while he's trying to do a monthly...

Bi-monthly.

Plus Lee will be doing a Wildcats bi-monthly starting in September, so...don't expect the delays to get any shorter. :o

I know it's not his fault but I'm sure that he's not exactly pleased that the book is delayed. Unless he's really weird and does a happy dance everytime the book gets pushed back another month.

I doubt he even really cares...I mean, it's not his fault, and he still gets paid...plus, it gives him time to get everything scripted so he doesnt have to do it later :o

Maybe he doesn't, but if I were in his shoes I'd care a whole lot.

There are still people who blame Miller for the lateness simply because they don't like the way he's writing the book. Even though Jim Lee came right out and said that it was his fault.

And plus...you want to get the material out there so the people can read it. If you've got all these giant gaps in between each issue the excitement and flair of the book is going to die out.

And it has.

I"m not sure about the Miller thing but back in the 90"s there was a book put out called Batman Holy Terror .It was like an else worlds story the U.S. was run by the church and Bruce was studing to become a priest. Then he finds out that the church had his parents killed and he becomes Batman.
