This is entirely a question for Malice but anyway can feel free to answer.

At my work we have a Watchguard box, everything works fine apart from Watchguard Reporter.

Any reasons why it's not working?

I almost bought a watchguard for my home..but it was a little to expensive to "toy" with.

Unfortunately, I have never used Watchguard...
What is reporter suppossed to do? Build reports of all the functions on the box that is logs?

Sorry about the late reply.

Yeah it does, my manager's trained in Watchguard 8.3 but the latest software - Reporter isn't functioning and connecting properly.

I have no training in Watchguard but I'm more than welcome to report any technicalalities to him.

Do you have a support contract with Watchguard, that is what they are for...call them about it.

Call and get a manager...then get their manager.
