Sequels We Want X-Men Legends III

Do you want a new X-Men game? How about X-Men Legends III -- something closer to the first one? What characters would you love to play with? What main storyline could it follow? What places would be cool to visit? What costumes could they wear?

Bring back Psylocke, Emma, Jubilee as playable characters.

Or Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 or really anything of that genre. Top-down multiplayer is a perfect fit for Marvel. Wish there wre more...it has been ages since we've gotten a decent Marvel game!

And I'd wanted to be able to play with a huge amount of characters. And the possibility to play with different mutant teams too, like New Mutants, X-Force, X-Factor, etc...

I treat Marvel: Ultimate Alliance I & II as X-Men: Legends III & IV. I only play with the X-MEN on those same with Marvel Heroes Omega.

We need new X-Men stuff. Marvel keeps treating this franchise like it doesn't exist when they wouldn't be anywhere right now without what Fox did with X-Men. I have a very hard time finding good merch for a famous Marvel superhero team (X-Men)? They lose so much money this way and piss off so many. It makes no sense to me. I think we deserve a good X-Men game and accessible merch. And Hugh Jackman in an Avengers film.

Here's a 4 player Beat Em Up that's a Marvel game but there's LOTs of X-MEN.


This is the third game in the series. You can hook your controllers up to your PC and with HDMI to the TV it's just like playing a real game. Part 2 has a hack that allows all the extra X-MEN in a Mutant Apocalypse remix edition as well.

I would want to play with all the New Mutants. Magik is super cool in the marvel iphone game.

I've always wanted to see Shadowcat in a game like that too. It can't be hard, she could phase through and kick enemies, phase enemies into the wall or into the ground, let bullets/beams phase through her, rescue dying enemies, phase through locked doors and walls...

Too many. Jubes already appeared in 1 and I want her out to make room for another playable characters, while Kitty's powers would never work in this kind of videogame. As for Northstar/Magik, I'd putthem in an Alpha Flight game and New Mutants game.

The first game was released 13 years ago and if they were to do a 3 (Which likely wont happen), it'll be completely different for a number of reasons

And that reason for not having Kitty in the game....thats so PS2 era. Its 2017. Kitty has been a playable character in Marvel Heroes since 2015 so its false to say her powers would never work. Tech and gaming development has advanced quite a bit, not to mention a little bit of creativity in her moveset is enough to make her standout.

XML3 is likely never to happen and an Alpha Flight or New Mutants game most definitely isnt. If the characters were to be included in a videogame, it would be an X-men themed one (or general Marvel where Magik has already been used)

Activision lost the license years ago, so they cant. They aren likely to reacquire it and quite frankly, Disney/Marvel shouldn't enter into a deal with them again. They seem to be looking towards making new experiences with new devs (outside of MvC) and I welcome that

Im guessing you've never played Marvel Heroes. Again she's already been done effectively in a videogame and the mechanics to that game are more complex than the XML series was. She is a martial artist due to her training under Ogun when she became Shadowcat. She also has a energy based tree focused around Lockheed. She has decent offensive and defensive abilities. Kitty impossible? Completely false

It's a shame they couldn't make an arkham style game with genosha instead of Gotham and a story based around the Xtinction Agenda. Great chance for a big cast and sequel potential with Cameron Hodge in the first game and Magneto as ruler in the second

XML3 isn't likely to happen but I would welcome another game along those lines focusing just on X-characters rather than general Marvel characters. Unfortunately it's not looking like Marvel want too much to do with X-Men in other media while they don't have the rights to make films with them.
