Awesome. I'm really excited for this film. The trailer was fantastic, and it looks to be even with everything I hear.

Just saw the trailer loving the look of this, sounds a cool concept also, count me in.

Didnt know Ron Perlman was in it, count me in twice!

This movie looks like fun escapist nonsense. I'm definitely interested. :)

    Same here.

Started watching this thinking it'll be either a bad flick or it's-so-dumb-it's-good, but it actually ended up being a good flick. There's corny dialogue and such, but in the end it's pretty enjoyable scifi adventure. And the creature, Moorveen, looked really good. I don't know what kinda budget they had, but I've seen worse CGI in recent Hollywood blockbusters.

The only minuses for me were the corny scenes, corny dialogue and Ron Perlman's screen time (maybe there'll be unrated edition with more of him?).

Oh and, the dude who wrote and directed this wrote the new Conan flick? Suits me, if someone just fixes the cornyness off it. :p (He also had his fingers on Underworld: Rise of the Lycans and Amazon scripts. Dude likes his barbarians.)

This just opened here at ONE theater. I had no idea what the hell it was, but the trailer looks interesting. Might try and check it out today.

I'm wondering if I ever made a movie, and got signed with the Weinsteins, would I get screwed over in the long haul? It seems like they like to screw directors and producers like crazy, which is sad because they financed The Road (which is lost in limbo for some odd reason)

I just noticed that they misspelled his last name; Caveziel. Should be Caviezel.

Wait, Dog. It's already come out??

Is this going to be another Defiance where it's only out for one day in my area and then gone the next?

It was here for about a week. It started last Friday, and now it's gone. But it only played in one theater, and I didn't get a chance to see it.

Crap. What the heck is going on...I thought Defiance would be playing all over since Daniel Craig was in it, but it got almost no screen time...now Outlander. sheesh. Not like they are flooded with qualities movies lately either.

I bet you Pink Panther 2 gets more screen time. *cringe*

I would have seen it, but I just found out about it's existence too late. Plus the theater playing it wasn't one of the ones that usually play small-time films.

Just like the movie "A Sound of Thunder". I remember that opened on a Wednesday, and was gone by that same Friday.

Saw this last night, really entertaining action/horror movie made out of a great concept, thoroughly enjoyable and as others have said destined to become a cult classic. Really good action sequences and good acting by the main characters really helped the enjoyment factor. A bit corny at times and one major complaint would be the extreme lack of Ron Perlman (he is on screen for about 10 mins), but other than that, a great little flick with an awesome concept.

    7.5/10 for me.
