Seriously I'm looking forward to JLA and Miller and whomever his cast may be have my support until after I've seen the film and can judge on performance not just look and hearsay

As for action scenes I'm really looking forward to some Martian Manhunter goodness, hopefully he shapeshifts into dragon form at least once like the JLU cartoon and Maybe takes on a mind controlled Superman

Anywho, if the AICN script is legit (which is anybody's guess at this point), it doesn't sound like we'll be short on action.

I think the Supes/WW/Batman fight sounds cool, I was really hoping for good Batman/Superman conflict. And we shouldn't be freaking out thinking that they won't fight any supervillains just because of this scene, it sounded like they were in the middle of a big fight when it starts and everyone else in incapacitated/fighting.

I for one am bummed that Aquaman probably isn't gonna do much, he should kick some ass though.

No doubt. I would love to see them tag teaming on Superman. I also want to see a little bit of flirting between them. It was a great dynamic on the cartoon.
