Joker won't be the team. He's way too expendable to the point where he IS the team in his mind. He'll likely be either an antagonist or THE antagonist.

Maybe as part of his own duped Royal Flush Gang.
It's hard to imagine anyone recruiting him, thinking for a second he'll follow any kind of plan they want to set up. Even if it is for a suicide mission.

We know that Harley, Joker and Deadshot are going to be part of the team. I'm just hoping that Deathstroke, Poison Ivy, Lex Luthor, Bronze Tiger and Bane make the cut. Also, the villains should be mostly Batman and Green Arrow villains since Batman has already been around for a while in this continuity and Green Arrow won't be showing up for a while.

I'd save the Flash, Aquaman and Superman enemies for their own films. Wonder Woman's foes are a bit to powerful to reign in and Green Lantern's are too cosmic. And yes, this means no Black manta or King Shark until Aquaman hits, no Parasite, Conduit or Metallo until we get a Man of Steel Sequel and no Captain Cold or Mirror Master until there's a Flash movie. And if any Wonder Woman enemy shows up, I'd like it to be Cheetah or Maxwell Lord since they don't have the same power level as somebody like Ares, Circe or even Giganta.

Not actually... Joker won't be in the team.... neither Lex Luthor IMO. Both have different roles...

Placing Joker on the team would be a huge misstep. We know he's in the film but that's all we know. His inclusion and the his screen time is unknown at this point. The leads should (and hopefully will) be Deadshot, Harley Quinn and Rick Flag.

You do realize that introducing these villains in THIS film give them development so when they do come face-to-face with their respective protagonists, it'll be a big thing.

You know, we are all assuming (Well I am any way) that Lex and Joker won't be a part of the team's roster, and in a way I do too but... What if this turns out to be a Lector thing like, EXACTLY? Say, Joker is the target, or a third party that becomes entangled in the film's plot (which would go with his "Agent of Chaos" schtick) and at that end of BvS if Lex is caught, perhaps his role is like Lector in LAMBS? He's not on the team but he is a "consultant" in some capacity?

I'm also waiting for people to articulate the reason for thinking that the Joker will be on the team.
They announced the casting. but that doesn't mean that they will be the full team or the lead team or that they won't be other casting announcements later announced.
I'm only seeing... Flagg,Deadshot,Harley and Boomerang as the main. Enchantress as a part but then joining to JL Dark and Joker the target, threat, or a first member then agent of chaos revealed.. I don't see Joker as a team member.. I just don't.

What are you going to motivate him with, money, power, freedom, revenge? He'd subvert all that for the sake of chaos.
And if it's the possibility to create chaos you offer him, what the hell would he need your "organized" plan or team for.

I already explained how I think he could fit into the group and why he'd be included. In a post-MoS world, you'd want a team like the Squad to be as strong, membership-wise, as possible, and having a genuine psychopath "in your pocket" could easily come in handy.

As far as Joker not being part of the team because he's an "agent of chaos" goes, The Dark Knight is the first and only place I can recall where he filled that role. All of the other stories in which the character has featured that I am aware of he has functioned very much as the Moriarty to Bruce's Sherlock, and a Moriarty-type Joker could very easily fit into a team like the Squad.
