I think most Sunday schools nowadays preach primarily devotion to God through a good life and charity, not spreading the faith to non-Christians.

My Sunday school only ever mentioned jews, and not in a bad way. It just thought us Bible stories and Jesus loves us and all that. That's just from my experience.
