well....i put my christmas decoration up

thats right....singular....i put a santa hat on my cardboard spider-man(instead of the baseball cap he wears in the summer and the fuzzy hat with ear flaps in the winter)

We haven't put our tree up because we need to tidy first, and I'm lazy. Otherwise it would have gone up on the 1st. As it is, it might go up this weekend. I think there is still some tinsel left on it from last year.
