I was doing a web search for Huntress, and while I was clicking through the pages, I found this picture.

Did someone play her before? Was this from a movie and tv show? What was the name of it?

It's from the 70's. Legends of the Superheroes TV special. It had Adam West and Burt Ward as Batman and Robin. It also featured Huntress, Hawkman, Captain Marvel, GL, Atom, Flash, Black Canary, and some dude named Ghetto man. Villains were Riddler (Frank Gorshin), Solomon Grundy, Mordu, Sinestro, Weather Wizard, Giganta, Dr. Sivanna, and Scarlet Cyclone.

It's from "Legends of the Superheroes". Which was based on "Super Friends", and was a two one-hour TV special. "The Challenge" was the name of the first episode. Which shows the heroes on an adventure to stop Dr. Sivana's bomb from going off. The second episode, was a celebrity roast show. "The Roast" was about the heroes paying tribute to Batman and Robin, in the form of a roast, with even had the villains attending.
