I dunno, I mean it could be funny and all but it strikes me as something more episodic than cinematic. I mean, the point of the books and cartoon was that something like this happened every other day or so. The kids would learn something educational about science and whatnot. Educational movies!? Perish the thought!

I could see it as a self parody if nothing else, though.

Dude, are you on drugs or something? There's no way anyone can do that show into a movie. It'd be terrible, and was bad enough as a tv show. I still have bad memories of how freaking bat-**** crazy the teacher was. It was as if Ozzy Ozbourne and Doc Brown from Back to the Future had a daughter together. Know what I mean?

From what I remember, it was OK to begin with, but the teacher just freaked me out, mostly because she kept acting like a cowboy on weed with all that yelling. She was a little too weird and I felt at times she would someday get these poor kids killed in some way, shape, or form, due to her crazy-ass "field trips". You might as well have had Ozzy Osborune come in as a subsitute teacher for when she was gone; that's the ONLY WAY that show could've gotten any crazier.

Overall, it's not a bad idea, but I think it'd be too weird and stereotypical to make into a movie. Know what I mean?
