Just to see what people are most interested in with this movie, what is it exactly that's attracting you to it?

I know for some it's Nic Cage or Eva Mendes (which is why I seperated all the main actors), others it's just the character himself. Maybe it's the motorcycles... Whatever be your pleasure, let us know.

For me, of course it's the character himself. I've been waiting for this movie for a very long time, just to see the flaming demon on a huge screen.

I've always loved the idea of GR no matter who the host was, the idea was very cool to me. I loved all the Marvel Monsters.
I really didn't like Vengence that much for some reason. I guess he looked too alien to me.

There are soo many possabilities with the GR character. Ari A. said in an interview that the opportunity to do crossover movies havent presented itself because you must first start with the origin story of the heros first. But since Blade and GR have a history together, and the Blade movies have run there course, what about a Cage/snipes, GR/Blade movie? That would be awsome to do the Midnight Sons as the first sequel to Ghost rider. If anything, this idea would'nt be a predictable hollywood sequel. Heck, if i was any good at art, id try a Mock-up of a Midnight Sons poster with cage and snipes in charactor.... What do you guys think??

Well, the poll's pretty conclusive so far, eh!

On WiscoD's GR/Blade crossover idea. That'd sure work a lot better than some ideas. I'm kind of selfish with my superheroes though; I like them to be the sole hero, although cameos from others would be neat.

There's also the rights issue. If characters are at two different studios, they can end up battling for control of the project, if they even get to that stage. That's one of the reasons Freddy vs Jason didn't happen years ago.

I wonder if they'll ever make that mythical Batman/Superman crossover though. Those two have a real interesting chemistry and such a contrast of style. Could be well cool.

    :)

My thoughts usually are the same way when it comes to heros, but this would be soo "thinking outside the box" when it comes to sequels, that makes it soo appealing. Snipes/Cage in the same movie would be HUGE!!!! And a project like this could serve as a stepping stone for the studios to see if a Superman/Batman movie is logisticly possable..

I've never really followed the character that exstensively to consider myself a fan, but I like the concept, and I want to see if those involved can pull it off. Fantastic Four proved they could do Human Torch justice. A little more imagination, and Ghost Rider won't seem like that much of a stretch. The skull's the tough part, really. But yeah, I'm interested in how it'll turn out visually, more than anything.

As in the legend or the Avatar comic? That series was pretty hard core.

I think a mock up of the Midnight Sons using the characters we now already have is a great idea. You could use both Cage and Ghost Rider images as two different characters as they both were part of the team. Then Blade and Hannibal King as well. The rest... well, we'd have to cast ourselves.

Whatever gets you into the theatres man. We don't care.

    Well Said. Very well said.

It's fairly unanimous so far; most want the character... which makes complete sense. Of course, we are in a section devoted to the character. I'm sure there are more people who will go see this just for Nic... which is just fine for me, as long as they go.

I´m a comic book fan, so, naturaly, the characters and their story.

But, what really is going to make me hyped for this one....or not, is how serious, adult and deep, the movie will be.
How serious the all "pact with the devil" will be played out, how dramatic and tragic it will be to see a man losing his humanity, the moment he is bounded with a demon.

So, far, i´m still undecided....after seeing the teaser...it looked cool, but it also looked a bit on the Blade side.
IMO, a Ghost Rider movie should not be a Blade, but rather an Exorcist or Poltergeist

I don't think it should be anything like what's been out before. It shouldn't be modelled after those movies or any movies. It should be it's own vision and so far, from what I've read and seen, it looks like it's going to be just that.

I"m not sure how you see that it's on the Blade side though? I've seen nothing similar...
