I wrote about this in my blog lately and my list was...

10) The Black Cat
09) Iron Fist
08) Mr. Sinister
07) Darkseid
06) Harley Quinn
05) Mysterio
04) Brainiac
03) The Black Panther
02) The Flash
01) Wonder Woman

Whats your list?

Apocalypse
Lex Luthor (done right... no more of this real estate crap)
Brainiac
The Flash
Silver Surfer (we had him before in a cameo role, but I want a real Surfer movie)
Nova

Concrete.

Also, obviously, I'd like to see Spider Jerusalem on the big screen.

Marvel:
-A 2nd go at Venom (with a respectable amount of thought put into it use) and Carnage
-Black Cat

DC:
-Aquaman (I could see this blowing people away should it have Nolan-esque efforts in its adaptation)
-Clayface

DC

Wonder Woman
Aquaman
Flash

Marvel

Dr Strange

Another, better, take on The Phantom - in this era of superhero films

Then I want:
Wonder Woman
The Flash
Aquaman
Green Arrow (not counting TV work)
Hawkman
Elongated Man
Mandrake

I'm just going to mention properties/ films. Getting into villains and supporting characters is too much of a hassle.

Aquaman
Black Panther
Doctor Strange
Flash
Green Arrow
Heroes For Hire
The Inhumans
New Gods
Shazam!
Sub-Mariner
Wonder Woman
Young Bloods (Directed by Uwe Bole)

Black Cat over Catwoman?

After what Halle Barry did to the character, Catwoman needs a solo film. I don't care what it takes, WB should go out of their way to, at least, get Hathaway and J. Nolan onboard.

The only other characters that truly deserve an adaptation are Flash and Wonder Woman.

I believe the initial list was made up of characters who have never been in a feature length live action film.

Thanos (fully adapted)
Galactus (correctly adapted)

HEROES:

1. Wonder Woman
2. The Flash
3. Aquaman
4. Dr. Strange
5. Black Panther
6. Ant Man and Wasp
7. Captain Marvel/Shazam

VILLAINS

1. Brainiac
2. Metallo
3. Darkseid
4. Doomsday
5. The Vulture, Rhino, Kraven, Chameleon, Mysterio, and Electro.
6. Harley Quinn
7. Hugo Strange
8. The REAL Galactus

Hourman. R-rated film, gritty future-cyberpunk film about an addict superhero. I need this this to happen.

It's niche enough that Warner Bros. could go for the adult market (like Blade etc.) rather than trying to make a tentpole.

I wouldn't mind a short film about Hathaway's Catwoman on the Dark Knight Rises DVD.

Man-Thing
Balder
Namor
Bolivar Trask
Mysterio
Enchantress
Surtur
Captain Marvel

Marvel:
Psylocke (a proper adaptation)
Bishop
Polaris
Sunfire
Forge
Archangel
Apocalypse
Mr. Sinister
Ms. Marvel
Spider-Woman
She Hulk
Black Panther
Dr. Strange

DC:
Wonder Woman
Aquaman
Martian Manhunter
The Flash
Hawkgirl

Top priority: (my faves/most groundbreaking)
Black Panther
Wonder Woman

Others:
Ms Marvel

Tim Drake
Cassandra Cain

Heroes-
DC
Wonder Woman
The Flash
Aquaman
New Gods
Shazam
MARVEL
Dr. Strange
Black Panther
Henry Pym
Heroes for Hire
The Inhumans
Captain Mar-Vell
Namor

Villains-
DC
Darkseid
Brainiac
Deathstroke
Solomon Grundy

Marvel
Apocolypse
Galactus
Thanos
Mysterio
Electro

DC:
-Harley Quinn (Must have in the next Batman reboot);
-Hush (I think he can work great as a secondary villain or a major twist villain);
-Aquaman (I'm really hungry for some underwater epicness).

Marvel:
-She-Hulk (I'd love to see her in the next Hulk movie);

Other:
-The Darkness - Jackie Estacado (I think he's perfect for some middle-budget R-rated movie);
-Fathom - Aspen Matthews (If Aquaman isn't good enough, then I choose this - underwater epicness with a hot chick in the lead role);
-Madman (really liked the comic book, but not sure how to translate it properly on the big screen);
-Skydoll - Noa (really liked the comic book, but I doubt it will adapted to the big scree, too provocative).
