The instrumentals everyone loved obviously, but as far as the actual songs, what did you think? I liked the Black Betty song when Raphael was fighting the Jersey Devil, and the little P.O.D. jam when they're fighting Karai and the foot soldiers was a nice little high energy thing. The end credits with Gym Class Heroes and Shell Shock was a nice little throwback to the rap that was on the credits of the 1990 movie, but I ain't a big fan of that group so, meh.

I liked it. It wasn't particularly overdone, and there actually seemed to be thought put into the actual score of the film. I liked the end credits song, as well.

The soundtrack is pretty decent. I was laughing so hard when they pulled out Black Betty in that scene with Raph. I haven't heard that in years.

What surprises me is that only the soundtrack has been released; the score isn't for sale. I hope they do it sooner or later, because I was jamming to the music for this whole movie.

I picked this up the other day and I actually love it!

It seems very 'light hearted'...but I love the POD song and track #5 as well as the Black Betty song for sure haha!!

I'm lovin' the last 2 Score tracks as well...'specially the 'Nigh****cher' one..that track is awesome!!!

It's weird that they aren't selling the Score...is that NEVER going to come out or....?

I was hoping for more pics. though in the CD jacker...but it's still cool artwork nonetheless. :D

Ummm.....wait a minute....why was my Nigh****cher bleeped out?? How is that a bad wor....ohhhhhh wait a second.......

I only really liked the use of Black Betty in the diner scene.

I thought the rap song in the courtyard fight was stupid.

The biggest offense NO CLASSIC THEME SONG OR VANILLA ICE. If they at least had the classic theme song at the end ala Spider-man, I'd be seeing this movie several more times.

It's not like that rap crap during the credits was any better.

I'm still disappointed with the lack of a strong turtles march theme music that Munroe promised at SDCC.

Can someone tell me what's the name of the music, playing in the background, when Raph got his ass kicked by the Gremlin like monster?

I figured they would have some rap at the end credits, as they did in the 1990 film.

"Black Betty" by big city rock

track 12 on the soundtrack

Unless you're joking, this statement negates any complaints you have about the rap music used in the movie.

I thought the rap song at the end was quite ****...Well not complete ****, but when the two guys start 'yo momma' jokes it really starts to annoy me. Especially when I'm cleaning up the screens and I hear it 2-3 times day.

^^well, i dont hear it 2-3 times a day like you, so that might be why, but i thought the "shell shock" song during the end credits was fun

black betty was perfect for the little monster scene, zimmer's scores were done quite well also, and p.o.d's "lights out" got the crowd pumped, as it should

i personally like the mix of the score and the pop tracks, ninja turtles movies have always been that way. i mean, its cool to make fun of vanilla ice and ninja rap now, but when i was a kid and first heard it, it blew my mind, i thought it was amazing and loved it and sang it for days while re-enacting the fight scenes...

POD's "Lights Out", and the song at the end credits are my favs from the TMNT soundtrack I believe.

Klaus Badelt said in a interview about TMNT that he tried to find a way to incorporate the theme from the TV show into the score without making it sound bad or make the movie's '80s origins blatantly apparent, but he couldn't. Not to mention the producers and director didn't make any fuss about it either, so there.

I loved all the music except when they're fighting Karai and the foot soldiers. That was crap

i too wish the score had been available not just for tmnt but spider-man3 and ff2 as well

i thought the tmnt soundtrack was good. i dont think any of the songs were particularly bad.

I liked all the songs they chose for each particular scene. No complaints here.

i think the so called soundtrack sucked. it's NOT a soundtrack at all!! only TWO freakin scores? BULL! theres a whole movie's worth of score to be put onto cd that some fans would like to hear! not this pop music crap!

you have got to be kiddin. vanilla ice is a moron and ruined TMNT2! he is the least talented piece of wannabe rapper ever born!
im glad there was NO CONNECTION between TMNT and the old toon. we dont need inflatable looking turtles ever again.
