I know this thread will come in handy to me... I'm trying to write an X4 as we speak and would really like to hear your ideas and suggestions. I'm writing this for the fans.

I don't know how you intend to flesh out your story as compared to mine, but one idea I would suggest besides rusurrection a char who didn't die, would be to bring in other chars that people have been waiting for 6 years to see. Such as Gambit. Give him a role larger than just a name on a computer screen.

The only thing I know I definitely want is Gambit in a Nightcrawler X2 size role, playing the supporting role yet stealing the show.
Other than that, give me a great storyline from the comics and I'll be happy.
