Kang vs Dormamu would be cool if it was an all out war with all their respective resources in play.

In terms of straight up brawl i'd like to see Kurse vs the destroyer armor vs Absorbing man.

and besides those two i'll say.... Green Goblin vs Puma (although Puma hasnt been a villain in years)
and the Wrecking Crew vs the Ufoes.
