What if Gl got all the rings...

What would happen if GL got like 10 of the GL rings? Would he not be more powerful and not have to charge up as often? If the guardians made like 10 rings for each GL, wouldn't that make more sense? Maybe a silly thought, but I thought I'd air it. Anyone?

to be honest, i dont see what the actual effect of having ten rings is, since all the rings will run out at the same time, so its not like there is an increased time zone to use it.

also the rings still have to obey the will of the user and the overall benefit is directly dependant to the latern in question.

basically if you think having more rings should make you stronger, than it will make you stronger. However i think if you went up against a confident latern with only a single ring, he/she'd still kick your ass....

any rings are many outlets of willpower.

But the willpower doesn't decrease like water would in a bucket - so each ring is pumping out equal amounts of power (until they need charging).

Ah, they're already the most powerful weapons in the universe. Any individual GL is capable of moving planets and extinguishing stars, so long as he or she has the requisite willpower. How much higher are we going to set the bar?

The exact limits of the rings' power has always been kinda fuzzy. Depends on who's writing and how the story goes really. Sorry to knock down the fourth wall, but I think that's the real explanation.

if they all aren't charged at the same time, then you won't have ten effective rings working at once.

you'd have nine rings for the majority of time and ten only for a very short period.
