What If Michael Keaton's Batman & Val Kilmer's Batman Traded Positions

In other words, how would Keaton's Batman function and cope in the "Joel Schmaucherverse" version of Gotham City (with Jim Carrey's Riddler, Tommy Lee Jones' Two-Face, Arnold Schwarzenegger's Mr. Freeze, Uma Thurman's Poison Ivy, and Jeep Swenson's Bane)? Likewise, how exactly would Val Kilmer's Batman function and cope in the "Tim Burtonverse" version of Gotham City (with Jack Nicholson's Joker, Danny DeVito's Penguin, and Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman)?

or ledger's joker could find him very boring and kill him. If he could get the drop on Bale's Batman, who is a much superior fighter than the rest, he can make it at least very close with Keaton.

Ledger's Joker would love Keaton, he's a cold insane man without a set of rules and a very screwed up moral compass.

Considering Keaton got up and shrugged off a plane crash I don't think it would affect him in any way.
