They're the four Generals. What does that mean? I dunno, but each one has an action figure two-pack with a turtle, "Turtle vs. General".

The one on the left with the clawed hand raised is General Gato.

The one with arms crossed in the center is General Aguila.

The woman on the right is General Serpiente.

The large fellow on top is General Mono.

supposedly the turtles have to fight a big outbreak of mutants caused by Max Winters. One of the places that they end up fighting in is the amazon....The Yaotl are amazon things I think.

Aguila = Eagle

I can't find the link, but I read an interview with the producer and he said there are no mutants. Just monsters in the film
