What is your favorite Batman story with Superman?

Also, what do you think about Batman's attitude towards Superman over the past 20 years? Do you feel it's necessary? Out of character? Makes sense?

Hmm...I'd have to say my favorite is Superman/Batman: Public Enemies. It's a hard decision though, there's quite a few really great Batman with Superman stories.

As for Batman's attitude towards Supes, I really can't make any one definitive statement about it as there's not one definitive interpretation of it. In some stories, Batman hates Superman's guts *coughMillercough*, in others, they're pretty good friends. Out of those two options, I prefer them being on good terms, personally.

I agree wholeheartedly. After all they've gone thru, it seems ridiculous that Batman does seem to resent Superman...alot! However, them not agreeing on how to handle certain situations doesn't seem totally out of line.

I actually really liked how Matt Wagner handled it in Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman: Trinity. The dialogue spoke of Superman and Batman being at odds at first, but also showed them having an...understanding and appreciation of each other.
