What new car should Oakie Buy?

So, my car was $7,510.18 worth of damage. The insurance agency deemed my car a total loss (mostly suspension and engine damage). I'm awarded my car's worth, which is $11,300. I get to keep $6,200 of it, due to the fact that I still owe $5,046 on my wrecked car.


I've been shopping around. I'd love to get another Protege5... but they are kinda hard to find, and kinda expensive. I lucked out finding a 1 year old one for only $10,000.

I think I'm going to either get a Jetta or a Honda Civic (preferably EX).

So, which one should I get?

Get a small p/u,the Colorado is nice.It can't be bad on gas,it's like a car and light.

Whatever you do 'Oakie', you should drive to whichever dealership, get in the driver's seat, then have someone take a pic of you. Later, post it on the board, I'll tell you which one you look the best in.

out of those two that you've suggested I say go with a Honda they usually last longer
