Homecoming What should the story be?

The story has to be different from all other spiderman movies in a special way.Question is how?What should the story be?

My idea was that after the events of Civil war,Cap would be missing in action(Dead or imprisoned).

Spiderman be Cap's secret apprentice decides to complete an unfinished Captain america mission.This leads to awesome shenanigans

Given the Sony/Marvel deal allows a major Avenger to appear in the film, I'd guess Sony will want to capitalise on that. So I'd say the plot will be Spiderman trying to get into the Avengers and forming a mentor type relationship with Stark (who has retired in shame after the events of Civil War). The central villain will be Mysterio. He provides something which hasn't been seen in a Spiderman movie before.
