Can anyone tell me what cartoon show this picture came from?
cartooonspider-man.jpg

It doesn't look like the 90s cartoon show,
But I am sure its from a cartoon.

Does anyone know what Spider-Man cartoon show this is from?
Its possible that this is not from a cartoon show, but I think it is, pretty sure. But It might be from a comic.

iirc (and I may be completely wrong on this one), I think that was like concept art for the 90's TAS show.

Thanks, I thought it looked like it was from that time period (with the yellow shirt and all) but I wasn't sure.
Sounds right to me, thanks.

Thats defiently from the 90s TAS show on Fox

Looks like the design for Spidey and his Amazing Friends....

except for that Peter Parker always would wear a yellow turtleneck shirt with a blue jacket.

I have a transparency (or cartoon cell, whatever it's called) of that image. It's from the 90's cartoon, although obviously nothing like that was ever used. It's most likely a concept design, as mentioned.

I am not much of an art afficionado but the style looks like Spider Man and his Amazing Friends.

There was ASM show before the 90s (and I'm not talking about that Spidey and Friends show). I got a VHS of one of the episodes when I was little and it looks a LOT like that picture.

He looks dressed 70s style in the pic but you're right. That's not from the 67 cartoon. I guess the drawing style might be from the 90s but it might also be from that Spidey and his Amazing Friends show.

In other words:

Considering that there have been about 5 different Spidey shows we may never know. At least we know that it isn't from the show on MTV.

Well it could be from Spider-Man and his amazing friends:

But he mostly would wear a turtle neck, not a buttoned up shirt.

It could be some production art from Spider-man the animated series like this one:

but not from the show, because this is what he looked like on the show:

I still don't know though.
Someone said they had this transparicy, where did you get it?

I really hated his look. Everybody else was pretty much spot-on visually and they make PETER PARKER look like the guy from the 70's live action series.

I believe that image was one of the animated prints that were included in all Spider-Man titles back in the spring of 1994 to promote the Fox series.

I remember the cells and the toyline came out early to start the promotion going on the show.
