This image shows a number of things we already know, such as the dead people at the bottom (and confirms that the Question will indead be die and won't be "brought back" anytime soon) But if this is something about WWIII for the DCU, what's up with the Batman? He's not wearing that in OYL stuff... Am I not aware of something? Anybody know?

To answer the question, Didio said it's "symbolic." Of what, we don't know.

Stole my idea sort of,
I was designing what Damien Wayne might look like as Batman. And what sort of Batman he might be.

Sounds cool, I'd buy it.

Sounds like it'd be a good Elseworlds or something.

Also, that costume is crap.

I was trying to design a costume that was a mix of Ras al Ghul and Batman without looking too stupid or too much like one and not the other. In my idea the new Batman, Damien, went from being an assassin for the League of Assassins, to being Batman's son, then Batman's robin, then maybe rebelled for a while, and is now Batman.
He has turned the league of assassins, which he also inherited, into a vigilantee team for around the world. the mantel of Batman has become like a Dynasty with Damien as king. In his personal life Damien is the richest man in gothem and acts like Lex Luther, like Gothem is his kingdom.
In my idea Damien doesn't realy care about having a secret identity.

Just a few ideas that I was thinking about for Damien as Batman.

Also I think he should have the Ras al Ghul beard with the Batman mask, that would be cool.

We'll have to see, I might still buy it.

I know.

Hahaha, that's probably the worst thing I've ever heard of, ever. Man, Morrison sucks now. :oldrazz:

So you read a comic book about Damien Wayne, Batman's son, and then 3 months later DC releases a comic book set in the future with Damien as Batman, and somehow that is them stealing your idea? Now call me crazy but I think its possible that they had the idea before you did.

I think he meant simply design-wise.

In regards to the "Batman of Tomorrow," how come whenever Bruce gets a new sidekick, he automatically becomes the one destined to be the next Batman? First it was Dick, then Azrael, then Tim, and now Damian. Sheesh, can't the guy pick an heir and stick with it?

I'm guessing because a **** load of people just died, and Clark tends to get teary eyed at funerals.
