No dude, what I'm seeing is exactly what I posted. A flag with black stripes and blue in the middle.

Me either, but it seems like I would know if it was local. I mean, this city isn't that big and there's only so much stuff here.

I believe it is a warning sticker. Police officers, or other people who carry guns have them on their cars letting other Police officers who might pull them over know that they have a weapon on board.

Huh. I know plenty of cops, especially being a CJ student, and have never heard of this. It might explain it though. Though, its something I've only noticed in the past few months. I swear I never saw one before that. Unless its something new they're doing.

That would explain why I've seen so many recently also. Since a few cops have died in the past few months while in the line of duty.
