What the hole???

A bottomless hole would go straight through the planet.

You do understand that there's literally no such thing as a bottomless hole on earth, right? That, as a concept, it doesn't even make sense?

No, virtually... of course. Unless proven otherwise.

The bottom line is, we just don't know enough about our world at all, cuz no one has actually explored it, or believed otherwise they think it's impossible.

However, these theories are fun to think about, and can make some sense if you really think about it, even if they make no sense on surface level.

The sooner we learn, what happened, what caused things to happen, the more we understand our world better and get rid of ridiculous ideas and theories quicker.

They don't teach geology where you go/went to school, do they?

You think I am stupid, do you?

Well, I am not. And your misunderstanding of me (which I assure you is exactly what it is) is not my fault.

You acting like a person actually went inside the earth to know for sure earth isn't hollow. Well, NO ONE has! I am not blinded by science as you erroneously think, I am just more open minded. So much goes on in this world people get surprised everyday, you have to keep an open mind!

I LOVE science more than you think I do, but let's get it straight, unless someone actually seen something with their own eyes, it's still up to anyone's imaginations.

Even scientists agree, majority of earth is unexplored! And, people think it is, are the ones IGNORANT.

If the Earth were hollow then it wouldn't weigh enough for the Moon to stay in orbit.

As right now, you are right, that is not very sensible. But my point stands, much of earth is unexplored, and no one seen everything with their own eyes. I like to keep an open mind, however ridiculous these theories are.

It doesn't mean I am stupid enough to discredit science and believe in all these ridiculous theories more! They are just fun and imaginative to think about, for now.

Physics says that the Earth isn't hollow. If it was then the universe would make no sense. That or the planet would have had to be made by aliens or something with a machine inside that could simulate the same effects as a regular planet but between what physics and geology say, it's not hollow.

Alright enough, I am not convinced it is either, I am just saying it's something fun to think about and if it is actually the truth, I can say I kept an open mind about it, at least.

The problem is that you're saying these things like you believe them to be fact when you mean them to be suggestions. That's why people are trying to correct you.

I believe there are dinosaurs down there in the thermal pockets ^_^

Well, the sooner scientific explanations for weird occurrences like this are made public in a way that is guaranteed to be the truth, the easier people with imaginative minds can be more 'conventional'

There are so many unexplainable things in this world by science, it is not to get ignored!

Perhaps an underground river washing away just enough dirt to cause a humongous sinkhole!

Why can't this happen to Florida? It's perfect and just dangling there ready to be swallowed up.

Still many of what's in the science books are just theories and best educated guess, and no way seen by anyone's own eyes.

Scientists have been proven wrong before, and would not surprise me if a bunch of so called 'facts' we think they are, will be proven wrong once again in the future.
