World What the problem between Spider-Man and Wolverine?

I was reading Ultimate Spider-Man for a while and noticed that they seemed to deeply dislike each other.

Why is this?

Does this deep dislike for each other exsist in the mainstream comics too? If so, how did it start there?

There's no real dislike between them in the mainstream comics. They've got a grudging respect for each other, but abhor the other's methods.
