Tbh I’ve never really cared for the way Cheadle plays Rhodes that much.
No, that character died in Civil War.
Remember they find his body in Zemo's bathtub. You see a picture of his corpse when Tony finds out that the Winter Soldier was framed.
Joe's character from The Winter Soldier and the character from Civil War are not the same character. In The Winter Soldier he's credited (I believe) as having the name "Dr. Fine" (who's a medical doctor). In Civil War he was playing "Dr. Theo Broussard" (a psychiatrist)
Spoiler: In Endgame (spoiler tag just in case since this isn't Endgame's forum)
He's simply listed as "Grieving man" - he could potentially be Dr. Fine (obviously Broussard is off the table since Zemo killed him)... however I would think if they intentionally meant for it to be the same character as TWS, they would've listed the character as Dr. Fine - not Grieving Man.
That’s what I was thinking, in Winter Soldier he’s a regular Doctor while in Civil War he’s a psychiatrist sent by the United Nations.
Joe Russo showing up in the MCU films he's a part of seems like he's just doing his best Stan Lee impression.
care to elaborate?
