Comics Whatever happened to...

Well as long as where on the topic of "Whatever happened to..."....

Whatever happened to Shriek? In my eyes she had so much potential to be a serious threat to Spider-man especially considering how her powers worked. It's a shame that Marvel pretty much just put her in the closet to never use again. Think she would fit perfectly an SSM storyline especially with the overall feel and direction of that title.

If anyone hasn't picked up "The Shrieking". They should. One of my favorite Spider-man stories ever told.

If norman was behind it all and considering the type of intellect he has and the fact that he would have access to miles' work, he could have easily had constructed another parker clone to show pete. I mean pete was out for a while and a sample of dna could have been taken from him to make a semi permanent clone, similar to the ones that were used when the jackal died (only lasted a few hours and turned to dust). This is supported by the fact, perfect, or near perfect clones don't turn to dust when killed, only sloppy/half baked ones.

This surely means that ben reilly is still under the supervision of norman osborn and he gets beaten up on a daily basis until norman can get his hands on the real parker.

makes sense to me, if I hated someone, i'd have a clone of them around i could beat the crap out of at my own leisure....

:o

ben lives peeps, don't hate

Well as you know in The Shrieking she got the Carrion virus. Several months later, the Jackle removed it from her. The last time you actually she her is in ASM 403, but she doesnt really have a big part.

This is sheer speculation (far-fetched at that) & not supported by anything.
