Don't see any similar threads, so...
It's a late 90's / early 2000's Channel 4 show show in on either Saturday or Sunday morning which was "for kids, by kids!", & had several segments including a quiz for couples, where said couples were asked questions about their other half, with the loser getting a bucket of water poured over them, while the winner had a bucket of tinsel poured on them. Any ideas?
