When will advertisers learn?!

Any infomercial, no easy payments!

When will we get honest commercials from McDonalds and such saying hey this stuff will make you have a heart attack but it tastes good and we won't make it too pricey.

Anything with recruiting should be the same way.

is it that we lack honesty? Who are we trying to fool? I know the 650 lb man knows that he became bedridden with a little help from his friends.

The only accurate portrayal i have seen of this was on Chapelle's show for Samuel L. Jackson's beer.

Yup. It's the basic premise of capitalism.

advertising 'promotes' the sale of products, it doesn't give an overall view of the quality...

just the same way as when you go on a date, you promote yourself and tend not to highlight your bad parts...

it's simply human nature...and it matters alot when money is involved.
