Where does Juggernauts infamous line come from?

I keep seeing on various boards people talking about the "I'm Juggernaut B**ch!" line as if it is taken straight from the x-books (which I haven't read regularly in years). Who did he say this to in the comic?

There's a video on-line where some guys redubbed part of an episode of the X-Men animated series. I think the title is "I'm the Juggernaut, B!tch." It's like his catchphrase.
