Actually, he has been weakened all this time after going through the warp, the same thing that happened to Silver Surfer. He's been at a lower level all this time, it's not that the people there are the same as Hulk's normal levels.

True, but Reed and the gang really suck at finding cures. "Don't worry Ben, I'll get right on that!" Sound familiar? He's got time to build a prison and make a whole bunch of complicated computer systems in another dimension, but can't find a minute to cure the Hulk? He had months for the prison, and years for the cure. He's just lazy!

I agree in that we've been told that he's gotten stronger, what I haven't seen is this "got back to usual levels and has advanced beyond them" thing you say. It sounds more like fanboyish wishing than actual fact.
