Eh?

WHERE IT AT!I SEEN NO TV SPOTS-NO NOTHING-AND IT COMES OUT TUESDAY!

I've seen a few spots here and there.....More than any recent DVD releases....And I don't watch too much tv.

I've seen plenty of spots for the DVD as well as the Ultimate Collection set, myself.

If anything, they've been showing a lot of the Ultimate Collection ads, but nevertheless, the number of SR ads to say, Ant Bully and Clerks II, is about 10 to none to 1.

Not only did I see it mentioned in an article for upcoming releases in the NY Daily news, it was all over this week's Best Buy circular as well as two different TV ads and a radio spot. That was just today.

Go to your eye doctor, for the past week I seen ads on tv and in mags and more
about it

I don't know where you are located Excel, but I am in the Boston area and there have been so many TV spots for the DVD and the game that it blows my mind. Not only that, but the Best Buy and Circuit City circulars contained a Superman themed spread. I went to Wal-Mart today and they were playing the Returns teaser on all the screens in New Hampshire. Superman is everywhere.

Hey, neighbor! :D Paid a visit into my neck of the woods, huh? LOL

And the Superman theme accompanying the ads is hard to miss.

Funny fact - while waiting for my browser to open the editor to answer your question, my TV just played yet another SR ad behind my back...
This is in Canada, on the Space channel (spacecast.com).

They even started rerunning the old Duracell spot a couple of days ago. I saw the full DVD trailer yesterday, too...

Got the BestBuy booklet - each new TV listed there has the Superman Returns poster shown on screen. About a hundred of them.

My DVD rental store (Rogers Video) already has a whole wall of the Canadian edition of the 1 disk box (with Supes racing past the falling plane). No other movie has that many boxes available.

So *I* get bombarded with SR ads and info. (Not that I mind ;)). But it might be just me...

Its funny, I felt the same way about the marketing now as I did during the theatrical release, but everyone says the marketing then was horrible.

Wow, I rarely watch TV, but I've seen ads on TV EVERY TIME I watch! I was at a bar tonight and I stopped listening to my g/f to watch yet another ad for the DVD that was playing on their huge TVs!

I concur! The Home Entertainment section of today's Boston Sunday Globe had it strewn across the cover.

This is their last push to rake in the dinero. If they don't make buko bucks on this puppy now, they never will.

Like everyone says I have seen lots of ads on TV and also every store had the DVD advertised in their Sunday newspaper circular . Also I have seen it advertised on lots of sites not just here on SHH .

There was photo of Christopher Reeve and Margot Kidder as Superman and Lois during the Niagra Falls scene.

I think WB will be quite happy with their DVD sales.

I personally have seen **** all advertising for the SR DVD here and it comes out a week today! Plenty of POTC 2 but literally NOTHING on SR and i watch a lot of T.V

It comes out tomorrow and I've only seen one goddamn ad on tv.

I see POT everywhere and advertised all over, but SR very little where I live.

Which happens to be the northbay of ca.

I donno why the POT movie is the only one being bumped up around my town.
