Where's Rick Jones?

Rick Jones was very pivotal to Bruce Banner's transformation into the Hulk in the comics. He was joyriding on a dare around a field where the gamma radiation was being tested. Banner noticed Rick was in danger and pushed in out of the way (but not before absorbing the gamma rays). Feeling guilty for inadvertantly causing Banner's transormation, Rick becomes Banner/Hulk's sidekick.
