Where's the Jonny Quest film?

Since Warner Studios owns the Hanna Barbera catalog, I presume that Warner would be the studio to develop the feature.

Thankfully Justin Bieber is too old and too trouble prone to be a candidate now.

It seems odd that there would be no momentum to try and turn this into a feature film.

The studio could get George Clooney to play Race; somebody like Ed Norton could play Dr. Quest. Some talented unknown kids could play Jonny and Hadji.
