I have to say Beast. He was given an impressive amount of screen time, a central role, and even took down Magneto. I also love that he was amusing and charming at times and scary and vicious at others.

Magneto and Beast were the best characters in X-3 IMO.

Beast was the only one who came off well period.

Totally agreed.

Best characters in the entire trilogy.

Yes, I think Beast > Nightcrawler

While I agree that Beast and Kitty were the best and were spot on, I wish I could say the same about Jean.

Jean had no character for most of the film, and when she did, she was a gibbering, paranoid mess, which as I recall, has never been a quality of Jean's character.

Beast
Kitty
Magneto
Xavier (People stop saying he's too dark here, Xavier has always had a darkside, you all know it. :o)

And finally, that new mutant that killed Jean, I believe his name was Wolvlops. :)

The problem with Xavier's "Dark side" here is that it came completely out of the blue in terms of the movies. It's like he committed a near 180-degree turn between 2 and 3, and it's jarring.

Beast, Pyro and Magneto.

Mag's stole the damn film.

And did his darkside not come out of the complete blue in the comic books. Big developments like this usually come out of the complete blue in movies, it's nothing different here in X3. It's suppose to be jarring.

She was spot on in the first act...especially her scene in the infirmary when she started losing control and the room began to shake violently causing things to fall and shatter helplessly on the floor. "Kill me."

The third act was a total waste of what she could have done...she didn't do much.

But it's not supposed to be sucky. This whole "make every Xavier like Ultimate Xavier" movement is really ****ing ****ty.

Beast definitely came off best in X3. His character, his amazement and struggle to deny the cure, his appearance was pretty impressive too... he definitely was a welcomed addition to the franchise.

Magneto and kitty, they're the only good things in the movie.

truth be told, wolverine (although completley out of character) came out smelling of roses (again).

it may have not been the best portrayal of the character but he came out on top as usual.

Actually to come to think of it, I'd give Jean the most credit, but not when she's Phoenix in certain scenes.

Jean, Beast, Kitty, Scott, Logan.

When she actually got sufficient screentime, Jean/Phoenix came off pretty well, especially in the first half. Beast, Kitty, and Magneto as well. Hugh Jackman played Cyclops pretty well, too.:whatever: I also liked Iceman, and wish he and Pyro got more time (Rogue too).

They deleted some of Ice Mans scenes because Wolverine was not the focus of them (true story)

Id have to say Beast

Now in asking who came off the best are u asking who was the most accurately portrayed as far as the character in the comics compared to the character in the movie? Because if that's what you're asking then its Beast all the way for me.

Magneto came off best in X3, he got better with every film and is the standout character of the trilogy imo (with Mystique a close second!)

Beast was done very well too but I still think Nightcrawler was a better character.
