Meaning you love the medium so much that you WILL dress up like your favorite character to show everyone there how much you love what it's all about.
There needs to be an In-between the guys who dress up sometimes know nothing but need the attention, then there are guys who know issue number, years, months etc. but dont dress up. I would say im a fanatic in that I know WAY to much about comics but im also aware that I'am surrounded everyday by people that have no clue what im talking about when i say "Speed Force" or "Oracle". lol
