We've heard there will be another MCU hero in the sequel and it won't be Iron Man.

Who do you think it will be and who do you want it to be?

I personally think it'll be Doctor Strange after recent interviews at D23

I guess it kinda depends on what the story is about and who would best fit into it, regardless of how big or small their role is. But if I had to guess, my money is on either Cap, Doctor Strange, or Hulk.

I wish it could be Daredevil.

C'mon, we can at least pretend Toomes is in the same prison as Fisk, right?

Hopefully none. I want any sequels to focus firmly on Spiderman & not be sidetracked by more Avengers themselves or Avengers related tasks.

I think there going to go more street level. Maybe Hawkeye or Antman.
I'm hoping the Defenders find a way to crossover.

While I share the same sentiment, it's been confirmed there will be another hero in the sequel.

Either Captain America or Hawkeye. Hawkeye would fit more readily into a parental substitute role, but Cap would be more elegant in terms of finishing the "the parents are fighting" allegory. Either way, Peter would get the kind of advice and lessons he actually needs, rather than iffy object lessons from a terrible mentor.

This is one of the things I love about Spider-man, he's one of those characters that can team up with anyone. You can almost pop in any character and the scenes will write themselves.

So from what I've heard is that the sequel will take place immediately Infinity War. With that in mind I would predict Rocket Racoon will end up stranded on Earth and will have to work with Peter and the movie will play out like E.T., just imagine Aunt May's surprise when meeting him. But seriously, I we can cross off any Defender from the list because I don't see Netflix wanting an exclusive character to be so prominently featured in someone else's movie.

Well both prison scenes they were wearing white jumpsuits, so that's consistent.

Black Panther and Kraven would fit perfectly.

Black Panther in a Spider Man film...I would definitely love it in a sequel

Considering the chemistry that Joe Russo said Holland and Cumberbatch shared on IW, perhaps Strange. Those two apparently work together in IW.

I'm almost 100% convinced it's gonna be Strange after the D23 interviews

If it is Strange could that mean the villain could be Mysterio. I know Sony has him in one of their spin-offs but maybe Feige talked some sense into them.

I'm hoping it'll be Dr. Strange, especially if Mysterio is the villain.

Same tbh, but if they have the same amount of screen time as Stark in Homecoming then I'd be ok with it (as long as his motivation isn't to impress them or something stupid like that)

Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Jessica Jones. Clearly ms. jones will not be a peer of Peter.

The next movie, even though I haven't seen it yet. I still would like to see a second hero such as Scarlet Spiderman and came from Daredevil. The villain like Mysterio, Chameleon (cameo), The Spot would be cool as a villain using miniature portals as Spiderman and scarlet try to stop him from stealing.

    Iron Man and Vulture
    Doctor Strange and Mysterio
    Black Panther and Kraven

That would be one hell of a trilogy.

    What about Ant-Man?
But I think it will be Cap.

I'd go with Hulk. My favorite Spider-Man crossovers were featured in the animated series though.

    Wolverine, Blade, Punisher, Daredevil.
