Obviously the big speculation is that Cap will die. Evans is scheduled to appear in Infinity War but my speculation is that that will just be as some sort of temporal anomaly/ghost bought about by the Infinity Gems. A temporary resurrection.

I can see Falcon biting the dust as well. He's sort of in that sacrificial lamb category: Big enough for his death to have an emotional impact, but not a central character and not integrally tied to any particular part of the setting.

Yeah I read that part.... Not sure what to make of it, but if it is true then, umm, cool I guess...

It is just that it seems so random and a little too dark. But as I said yesterday, the script could be real but only very early in development which means that some material was likely cut from the final version, which will normally be pieces that are a little too violent and dark (like with Gwen's death in ASM2. It was much more brutal in early versions)

got with killing off Quicksilver and Ben Urich, something tells me they are going to think twice about killing someone off in the future. If someone dies, it's going to be someone that really didn't seem to have a substantial fanbase. I reckon the rumors of Hawkeye's wife might get killed, maybe Sharon, and very possible that Nick Fury will bite the dust, for good.

The wife I can see, but not the kids. But, considering that Jeremy Renner is probably one of the top 2 or 3 very best actors in this, I could just imagine the performance he could give if they just got out of his way and let the guy act!

I doubt Disney would ever allow it. Unlike Daredevil, which Disney can easily hide behind Netflix logo, the movies are more accessable by the public, and I can just imagine the backlash Disney would get. I'm pretty confident that we will never see no kids or dogs harmed or killed in these movies.

There was a rumor going around that it would be Crossbones that would spark the registration act and not Nitro. If Crossbones goes after Barton's family, that would probably start the events in motion, and would draw Hawkeye and Tony out of retirement. This would also probably push Rhodey and Widow off Cap's team if the rumors are true of the lineups. But I agree, Killing the kids would be very dark

That "outline" seems fake as ****, so I doubt it'll happen. It already seems to contradict with stuff that's officially been released.

No chance in hell. They've made far too big a deal about this, to the point of constantly trying to convince people the Ant-Man movie is relevant to the MCU and not just a standalone.

I don't like the idea of Cap dying, not that I necessarily don't it's just I don't want an Avengers movie without Cap, worse, being replaced. Same reason I don't want Peter Parker's Spider-Man being replaced. I want Cap, Iron Man, Thor and Hulk in the climax. I never anticipated Age of Ultron being their last. I thought after Thor and Hulk would get their third solo films, then there would be a third Avengers movie, and that would be it.

Does anyone really want to see an Avengers movie without Cap and Iron Man in it?

As for the deaths, I could never take it seriously in superhero movies. I'm not talking about death that are apart of the origin stories (e.g. Jonathan Kent, Thomas and Martha Wayne, Ben Parker etc) but killing off the main character for one. Second, killing off one of the main supporting characters whom have always had a role in the comics and were never killed permanently. Examples: Jean Grey, Cyclops and Professor Xavier were the stupidest deaths ever. Forced, and for the sake of selling tickets maybe, but it didn't work, it just completely destroyed the f--king movie. Absolutely useless. Just for the shock value? Stupid. STUPID.

And I know this was a part of comics, but she hasn't always stayed dead...Gwen Stacey. Couldn't take it seriously. The death scenes, the significance or moral dilemma, so cliche, it just didn't work.

Crossbones is going to be any trouble for the Avengers. I mean I can see how he could do something which causes some collateral damage, but not why all the Avengers would be involved in fighting him. He's just one guy with no powers and no infrastructure.

There's absolutely nothing to indicate this is an official plot or script at all. It was someone posting something on 4Chan.

I could go on 4Chan right now and write up some bull and call it the script outline for Infinity War, and it'd be just as valid and reputable.

Did we learn nothing from the Spider-Man post credits scene?

It was fake. Do you know how many fake outlines we got for Age of Ultron?

Remember that awesome leaked script where Andy Serkis was Professor Horton, Hawkeye died in a Quinjet explosion, and Quicksilver was the one to kill Ultron?

I think it's only going to happen with every Avengers film. There was one for the first Avengers film and with AOU.

I think it's just a Whedon thing, him and his obsession with having to kill a major character in order to "make the stakes seem real".

And I think it's safe to say that draft is a fake, espically with no mention of General Ross.

I don't doubt the whole thing could be BS, but I've also seen cases (like Star Trek Insurrection) where stuff got leaked, it was denied in the press and then turns out to be true.

Remember when we saw the pics of James Badge Dale in the Iron Patriot suit, everyone could tell it was him, and then LR went and posted that it was Cheadle's stunt double. Turns out it was JBD, and they were filming the AF1 hijacking scene.

We won't know for a while. There are certainly things that aren't true, namely the Spider-man stuff, but is it not true because it's BS, or was this an early concept when they were trying to finalize the deal with Sony? They are starting filming now so I would not be surprised if early scripts had some Spider-man stuff, and was only removed when the deal couldn't be reached on time.

I do think it makes sense that [blackout]Crossbones is responsible for the events that stem to the registration act[/blackout]. These rumors were out already well before the supposed "outline".
