Which heroes deserve a solo film?

Out of the heroes in the Marvel universe just which heroes deserve a solo film? If anything the heroes that I feel deserve a solo film are definitely Black Widow, Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, Incredible Hulk even though he did have his own solo film if anything he deserves a second chance at another one and another hero that deserves a solo film in this universe is Hercules

Incredible Hulk with Ruffalo getting his own solo film and of course Thunderbolt Ross would have to be in it as well as Betty Ross

But a really interesting solo film would be The Winter Soldier Bucky getting his own solo film because with Bucky getting his own film as the lead it would be like a spy thriller of sorts

If you introduce Eddie Brock, I think at some point, down the line, you could do a Venom film where he takes on that anti-hero role...even though I much prefer Venom as a villain than an anti-hero, but that's besides the point.

Maybe not forever, sure, but so long as the films are in the hands of the Mouse, I doubt that neither Disney nor Marvel Studios have plans to stop this money making machine anytime soon, at least not within the next decade.

Of the characters we have so far that aren't getting solos? Black Widow and Hulk. Original MCU Avengers with deep comics backstories scarcely touched on. Widow especially as she's never had one.

I don't know if I'm invested enough to care for a Black Widow solo film at this point, but I'd be all for this right here. Especially if they actually do smarten up & make She-Hulk part of the deal.
