Okay, Lets cheer up that halloween spirit, I'll write down the list and you will choose from there what you think is the scariest movie you've ever seen. If its not in the list then write it down . Please explain also why you think this movie is so scary to you and put your favorite scenes.

Straight horror rarely ever truly scares me. Suspense thrillers do however. I think the movie that's freaked me out the most is The Sixth Sense. The scenes that come to mind are the beginning scene where the guy shoots himself and Bruce Willis, the scene where haley Joel Osmet goes into the kitchen to see the housewife ghost, and the scene where the little girl ghost throws up.

The Exorcist, hands down. Jaws gets an honorable mention for being one of my favorite movies ever and just for being cool. Not really scary, though.

Horror and suspense movies never really scare me, but to this day I cannot watch The Little Mermaid. Ursula scares the poo out of me. :csad:

I think Suspiria is the scariest just to watch. But The Serpeant and the Rainbow has ridiculously scary concepts, so I can't really decide.

The Exorcist is scary, but there is a movie called CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST that is so ****ing scary in mood and implication and WHAT IT SHOWS that I could not finish the movie, nor do I have any desire to. I swear my house felt "evil" after I tried to watch it. I had to watch something like Forrest Gump to equalize my existance afterwards... :csad: :csad: :csad:

^^^ Oh god, was that the one that the director got arrested for because they thought it was a real snuff film? I've never even tried to watch it.

Yeah, they had to go to court to prove the actors were still alive :wow:

I was going to rent it the other day but I just dont know, only knowing that they killed animals just to make a movie it makes my stomach sick.Just for that I don't consider it a horror movie i consider it a snuff film of the worst category. But then again someday I may watch it out of pure curiosity

If all they are killing is animals that's a low-grade snuff film. An actual snuff film is when they really kill people for a movie.

I know but what I meant is that Killing animals for me is more than enough to called such way.

The scariest movie I have ever seen is "Prince of Darkness"

None of those are scary cool but not scary. So i'll just chech the one I like most fromt the list.

You know what would be scary?
If Haley Joel Osment grew up and had a moustache like Ricky Schroeder did.

That's it, I'm sleeping with the lights on and a gun under my pillow.

It's got to be Jaws. How many people have you heard say, "Jaws made me scared to go swimming?"

Cannibal Holocaust was the funniest and most ******ed "horror" movie I have ever seen. The only thing that disgusted me was the mutiliation of the animals. The actual effects of eating the people and doing the things they did to them were decent, but the movie isn't anything to be scared of.

To this day I can´t watch The Exorcist, that girl just takes my sleep away. The Omen scared me a lot when I was a kid too. Night Of The Living Dead is a big favorite for its claustrophobic feel.

The Exorcist is the only movie that I am afraid of.
Hellraiser was scary when I was a kid, but now, it's just "WTF?" weird and kinda out there.
