Which Marvel movie had the best person-enhancing special effects?

By this I mean special effects which were used to make someone look older/ younger/ smaller/ bigger.

Options are:

1. Captain America: The First Avenger - Skinny and shorter Steve

2. Captain America: The Winter Soldier - Old Peggy

3. Ant-Man - Young/ de-aged Michael Douglas

4. Captain America: Civil War - Young/ de-aged RDJ.

Wait old Peggy was CGI? Dafuq, I thought that was makeup. Honestly, they all looked very good to me, with the exception of a few shots of skinny Steve.

Old person's make up never looks that good. She looked like a genuine old person. The only thing is that it was a little harder to tell it was Hayley Atwell.

Young Michael Douglas wasn't exactly like how he looked back at the time of Wall Street though. His face was fuller and he had a different hairstyle. The young version of Douglas they did looked like he'd lost a bit of weight like Douglas has these days due to health problems. I don't think Douglas ever looked like that in real life.

well he wasn't playing a young Michael Douglas, he was playing a young Hank Pym so hard to say what young Hank Pym should have looked like
