Punisher/Daredevil would be great, if in the right hands.

Actually, I would like to throw Spider-Man in there, too. We haven't gotten to see the darker side of the Spidey mythos in films, yet. It would be good to see Spidey team up with Daredevil and (very reluctantly) Punisher to take on some street-level threat such as a human trafficking ring or something like that.
