Which new Racing game should I get?

Both games have recieved fairly good reviews but I can't decide. I'm hoping some guys here can give their opinion.

Which one are you more interested in? Which one looks the best to you?

Well both are arcade style racing games with similar combat mechanics.
I was just asking for some opinions from people who have played them to make a final decision
