I would rather Bruce as Batman but if I had to choose then Dick Grayson. It would be nice to see him done justice on the big screen. I would prefer it if he were done justice as Robin or Nightwing though but if he has to become Batman for that to happen then so be it.

I want to see Terry. I've read the Batman Beyond graphic novels. Totally wanna see Terry, but in a Nolanesque fashion. Like use Christian Bale as an elderly Bruce Wayne, have Joseph Gordon-Levitt play John Blake (Dick Grayson). Villains I would choose would be Shriek, Curare, Blight (of course), the Joker King (seen in the graphic novel 10,000 Clowns), and Spellbinder. I'm writing a trilogy right now based on all this, actually. Just fan fiction, nothing to be published.
