Which Superhero do you think took the worst BEAT DOWN?

nomak beat the crap outta blade, I waited 2 whole films to see him get his ass kicked and he got his ass kicked bad.

the goblin gave spidey one pretty bad beat down as well.

deathstrike gave wolverine a nasty beating, he didn't know whether he was coming or going, same could be said about mystique beating him in the first film

in a fair fight situation, you gotta give it to daredevil who fought elektra, bullseye and the kingpin all in the same night, dude took some serious beatings but was the last man standing.

none of these compare to the beat down captain marvel took from supes in the clash. dude was unhinged...

All the heroes have bounced back so quick. Superman got beat up and next thing you know hes throwing a continent into space. Hancock and Wolverine both heal fast. I never thought Spidey got it bad. He didnt leave without a couple scars but he always gave as good as he got.

Tom Janes Punisher was beaten to a pulp by the Russian. It was a last ditch effort that defeated the Russian and The Punisher was left barely responsive for a good time after the attack (in movie time of course)

November Rain has a good point about DD as well

There has yet to be any female superheroes that get it that bad as of yet, though we'll see if Wonder Woman takes it like she took it from Mongul in the JLU, or if they lighten it up some.

Bullseye gave Elektra a pretty hard stiff one in Daredevil Director's Cut.

batman took out all his anger on The Joker in TDK. Almost felt bad for him

1. Punisher VS The Russian(The Punisher)
2. Spiderman VS Green Goblin(Spiderman)
3. Daredevil VS Elektra(Daredevil, He got stabbed. lol)
4. Batman VS Joker and Dogs(The Dark Knight)
5. The Incredible Hulk Vs Abomination(The Incredible Hulk)

I'm in a tie between The Punisher and Hancock.

TP got his ass owned but if you saw Hancock you know why I'm nominating him

I don't think this was the worst beatdown, but the most embarrassing:

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, it is true. Spider-Man got his ass kicked by the incredible Flippin' Goblin(0:55 of the video to be sure) who makes weird gestures while doing so as "kicking ass"(I hate this fight sequence, if nobody knew).

That always made me wonder...Gobby was strong enough to break his webs?

Yeah, that's kinda weird. In 'Spider-Man 3', the only thing that could break through webbing(Venom's) was a huge truck. I'm not an expert of this kind of crap but... does Gobby have the power of a truck? 'Cause also, Spider-Man could stop a cop-car from crashing onto those dumb-ass people when he caught it with his webbing. "It's a web." :whatever: But an even greater example is how Spidey stopped a train, a train! That whole final-fight is one big "WTF?!"(I'm refering to Gobby vs. Spidey; final-fight, of course) moment. Just like how Spidey doesn't take off Gobby's helmet to kick the $#&% out of him. It's like trying to punch a football player when he still has his helmet on, stupid "WTF?!" moment, also.

I just watched the DTV, and I gotta throw Wonder Woman's name in here. Ares knocks over the White House with her freakin face!

Batman in Batman and Robin, courtesy of Joel Schumacher.

Blade at the end of Blade II, Jazz by Megatron, Punisher (Tom Jane) and Superman in SR all immediatly spring to mind.

If WW ends up fighting one of her female villains in the movie, I suspect half the audience will have one hand missing. :o Disgusting.

Spidey getting hammered ( ? ) by Sandman in SM-3

I know he's not necessarily a "superhero", per se, but I'd probably have to choose Alex Murphy's "death" sequence in 'Robocop'. For me, it was both comedy and tension at it's finest. And with every shotgun blast, it further more scared the ---- out of me.
